To have your exercise equipment serviced, please call us toll-free at (877) 855-2611 or send us an email including your name, equipment make, model, serial number and a description of the problem. One of our Service Contact Center Representatives will contact you to review your service issue and schedule an appointment for in-home service, if necessary.
